DEPOSITS AND RESCHEDULING 

By scheduling your appointment, you understand that the deposit being paid is non-refundable. All costs are payable in full on the day of your appointment. Cancelled appointments less than 24 hours & no-shows will lead to loss of your deposit. To secure a new appointment date a new deposit fee must be taken.  

 

LATE FEE 

While being on time is very important, a 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive late to your appointment, time will be taken off your treatment time. If you are late more than 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and you will lose your deposit unless you’ve contacted us and let us know 

 

TREATMENT POLICIES 

Before starting your first session and during each 3-day period of treatment, we recommend you drink 2-3 liters of water. Water and hydration are key to this process being effective. A Colon cleanse will also help maximize your results but is not required. 

 

To maximize the effectiveness of your sessions, it is best to restrict products that impact lymphatic flow. Such as caffeine, alcohol, and sugar in large amounts. 

We recommend eating a healthy diet like staying away from fried and greasy food to stabilize the fat and inches loss you obtain during your treatment. 

 

Always consult with your Physician before beginning any Health or Diet Program. 

 

Always inform us if you have any changes in health status or experience any unusual symptoms during your program. 

 

We recommend additional daily exercise to stimulate lymphatic flow. They can be low impact workouts such as a brisk walk or light jog, riding a bike etc. Adding this activity to your ongoing lifestyle will help to stabilize your weight and fat loss. 

 

You can have treatment during your menstrual cycle, but it is recommended to avoid the abdomen as you may not see the immediate results, due to bloating. 

 

We concentrate on treatments of one area of the body in each session. We spend time on the area you want to target most as it will achieve maximum results.

 

Treatments can be done a minimum of 3 days apart.   

 

After Care Instructions must be followed explicitly,  Failure to follow aftercare instructions may compromise the final results of the treatment. 

 

*Please note that everyone's results will be different based on body type. Some people may see drastic results right after & some people will see it up to 3-6 days after. Trust the process*

General Contraindications

* Body Contouring treatments require a healthy functioning lymphatic &
circulatory system. Any condition that increases inflammation or affects the
body's immune response is not a good candidate for treatment. Any condition
that affects the liver, the heart or kidney function would be a contraindication
for treatment.
**Individuals who are sick or have an acute or contagious disease
Why? The Lymphatic system is the primary source of fighting sickness in the
body. If a client is sick the lymphatic system is working at max capacity to
remove toxins within the body. Treatment would not be safe for the client as it
could interfere with the natural immune response.

**Diabetes
Why? Diabetes can cause lymphatic vessels to leak within the body leading to
fluid backup and swelling.

**High Blood Pressure (Uncontrolled)
Why? Uncontrolled Hypertension decreases kidney function.

**History of cancer
Why? Ultrasound Cavitation can inhibit tumor growth.

**Kidney failure, liver failure or fatty liver
Vascular diseases: The most common vascular diseases are stroke, peripheral
artery disease (PAD), abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), carotid artery disease
(CAD), arteriovenous malformation (AVM), critical limb-threatening ischemia
(CLTI), pulmonary embolism (blood clots), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), chronic
venous insufficiency (CVI), and varicose veins.
Why? Heat widens the blood vessels and increases blood flow. Clients with
vascular disease are high risk for blood clotting issues, widening of the vessels
combined with increased blood flow could cause a clot to break loose.

**Implant devices such as pacemakers, electrical prosthesis, cochlear implants or large metal implants.
Why? High frequency ultrasound & heat induction could disrupt function.

**Individuals with epilepsy or MS Treatment and women who are pregnant.

**It is also best to wait three to six months after a surgical procedure in the target
area. The process of lipolysis increases inflammation during fat cavitation, any
condition that creates inflammation in the body would be a contraindication for
treatment.

**Retinol based creams should be discontinued 2 weeks before treatment. Retinol
thins the skin and could increase the potential for burns.

**Individuals should wait 10 days post antibiotic treatment, 14 days post steroid
treatment, and should not take aspirin or any NAISD medication 24 hours
before treatment.

**Alcohol should not be consumed 24 hours before treatment or 72 hours post
treatment. Alcohol slows metabolism and prevents the liver from processing
out fat that has been broken down during treatment Pre & Post Treatment

Clients who do not show up to scheduled appointments without notification will not be able to book again. To secure a new appointment date a new deposit fee must be taken. If you arrive more than 10 mins late to your appointment, time will be taken off treatment time. If you are late 10 minutes or more without notification, your appointment will be canceled & will need to be rescheduled. All payments made after treatments are non-refundable as well as the deposits paid to secure appointments. Package prices (3 or more sessions) is payable in full at the first session of your package prior to treatment. Packages purchased and with first treatment initiated are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times.
